Born and raised in Italy, she has worked in the fashion industry for more than 40 years, first as a model, then as a product manager, and finally as a free entrepreneur. A journey started as assistant to Donatella Girombelli at Genny, (whose collections were at the time designed by Gianni Versace, Keith Varty and Alan Cleaver), and continued as product manager for the Claude Montana line in the garment of the Gruppo Finanziario Tessile of Turin.

Today she heads as first designer of Similea srl situated in Bracciano, near Rome, which creates hand-made embroideries by traditional nearly forgotten techniques strictly Made in Italy – as well as fashion accessories, jewelry and interior design items.
